How we sell Clean Assist licenses. Plain language.

This page describes the terms under which Eckman Tech LLC sells Clean Assist licenses. It is not a contract. A formal Statement of Work is signed before any engagement begins.

Fixed fee, paid on delivery.

$5,500 flat per install, paid on go-live. Time-and-materials applies only to post-delivery major-version upgrade work, billed at $250/hr.

Scope is fixed at engagement start.

The work delivered is the set of features documented in our internal architecture decisions and tasks as of the engagement start date. Changes after that are out of scope or billed separately.

Delivered as-is.

After the 30-day post-delivery bug-fix window, the software is delivered as-is. We make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, and we offer no SLA or ongoing support obligation.

IP retained by Eckman Tech LLC.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run Clean Assist for your own internal operations. Source code is not delivered.

You own your data.

You are responsible for your own data, backups, network, host operating system, and Microsoft 365 tenant. Our runbook documents the backup and restore commands; running them is your operational responsibility.

Single-tenant by design.

One install per customer site. Multi-site and multi-tenant deployments are not in scope.
